You are invited to the Making a Difference” Training Seminar to be held in Jury’s Hotel, Parnell Street, Dublin, on Saturday 16th January, from 12.00noon to 4.00pm.

The Seminar, hosted by Youth Defence, will be led by Bernadette Smyth, Director of Precious Life.

If you are interested in getting more involved in pro-life work activism, then this seminar is for you. The Making a Difference Seminar will cover all you need to know about how to become more effective in the pro-life battle …as a ‘Street Counsellor’ …a ‘Prayer Warrior’ …or a ‘Spiritual Supporter’. You will learn how to counsel a woman using an abortion referral agency; what to say to her; what prayers to say; how to deal with the public; your legal rights when doing pro-life work on the streets; etc.

Precious Life has been saving mothers and babies from abortion for over 12 years now. From their experience, they know that ‘Street Counselling’, together with Prayer Vigils, is one of the most effective ways of doing this. Every day, Precious Life volunteers are outside the Family Planning Association (FPA), from where women are sent over to England to have their innocent unborn babies killed by abortion. These babies are totally relying on you to be their voice; to speak to their mothers; and to pray that they don’t die a horrible death. This is the reason for this powerful Training Module… the more equipped we are as pro-lifers, the more babies we will save! And remember - nothing compares to the inexpressible joy a pro-lifer experiences when a baby is saved from abortion.

The Training Day will be a wonderful opportunity for you to meet with other pro-life volunteers, and for you to consider becoming more actively involved in this work for God and his precious babies.
