Pro-Abortion Hillary Clinton elected as Chancellor of Queen's University Belfast

American politician, Hillary Clinton, who lost the 2016 Presidential election to the Republican Party candidate Donald Trump, has been elected the Chancellor of Queen’s University, Belfast. She is the university's 11th chancellor and first woman to take up the post.

Also, in 2018, Mrs Clinton received an honorary degree from Queen’s and a scholarship was created in her name. The Hillary Rodham Clinton scholarship will be available for post-graduate study in politics, human rights and peace building.

Queen’s has made a grave mistake giving Mrs Clinton such acknowledgement, credit and status in the university. Ironically, she is the antithesis of a human rights advocate. Instead, Clinton has publicly expressed her support for aborting preborn babies right up to BIRTH and DURING BIRTH.

In April 2007, she expressed dismay at the Supreme Court's Gonzales v. Carhart ruling that upheld the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act.

There are many students and staff of this university, past, present and future, who are outraged and appalled at Mrs Clinton being elected Chancellor. This lack of consideration for the political and moral viewpoints of ALL students and staff of the university reflects the liberal intolerance and ideological totalitarianism worldwide. Students, local and international, are paying a lot of money for their education and many of them will not want to fund an institution now led by an extreme pro-abortion politician.

America’s largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood, endorsed Clinton in 2016 and she publicly stated her support for them, "I will always stand with Planned Parenthood. It should be funded, supported and appreciated – not undermined, misrepresented, and demonized." Planned is a racist organisation. The founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, wanted to wipe out the “Negro population” and she “accepted an invitation to talk to the women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan.”

In early 2019, Clinton described Alabama’s “Heartbeat” Bill and other pro-life legislation as “appalling attacks on women’s lives and fundamental freedoms.” The US Declaration of Independence stipulates ‘Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness’ as three examples of the ‘unalienable rights’ which the Declaration says have been given to all humans by their creator, and which governments are created to protect. However, governments and political representatives – including Mr and Mrs Clinton – have failed millions of preborn humans by denying them the most fundamental freedom and right of all, their right to life.

Clinton has previously described birth control, including abortion, as “basic health care." Real healthcare heals and saves lives. Abortion kills babies and hurts women physically and psychologically. Between 40 and 50 MILLION human beings are killed every year from abortion. Abortion was the leading cause of death worldwide in 2018 and 2019.

The election of Hillary Clinton as QUB Chancellor is not in our name. Abortion is not in our name!
