Abortion goes on because of lies and the silence of those who know the truth. How then is the average person in the street to hear the truth about abortion?

Answer - by taking the pro-life message directly to them!

Education is the most important tool in pro-life campaigning. Since our formation, Precious Life has been co-ordinating weekly "Street Information Sessions" in busy shopping areas throughout the towns and cities of Northern Ireland. Every Saturday we set up a display board and information table from where we distribute our pro-life information to the public and collect signatures in our petition against abortion. Our Street Information Sessions are a vital part of our battle to protect mothers and babies from abortion. We by-pass the media’s pro-abortion bias and take the pro-life message directly to the people on the streets. This gives the public the chance to ask questions, which have previously been unanswered, and often leaves them with a new found conviction to defend life.

If you think you could spare a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon helping at one of our Street Information Sessions then please contact us. Full training will be provided if needed. There is no need to feel under pressure to talk or explain your work to any member of the public. It is very important that you get a feel for the first few sessions and learn from other members to build up your confidence. Any questions you get from the public can be referred to other group members. You will team up with one of the more experienced members until you gain that experience and confidence.
