17 / 02 / 2012 - After Belfast Telegraph columnist Fionola Meredith criticises Precious Life for showing graphic images of abortion, the same newspaper publishes graphic image of bomb victim
In an article published in the Belfast Telegraph on Wednesday 15th February [see Precious Life's response] pro-abortion columnist Fionola Meredith criticised Precious Life for showing “ghastly images and foul pictures of aborted foetuses”.
Our pictures only show what abortionists do to a little baby. When people try to justify murdering human beings, it is necessary to show the brutal reality.
The day after Fionola Meredith's article was published, the media was reporting on a story about the bombing of the La Mon House Hotel in 1978 - one of the most horrific attacks of the Troubles.
The Belfast Telegraph published a picture showing the charred remains of one of the victims of the bomb, with the words - "This is what the bombers did to a human being ..murder murder murder”. This picture was used as a poster and displayed in public across Northern Ireland after the bombing.
Maybe in Fionola Meredith's next article for the Belfast Telegraph, she might give her opinion on these two images..
