Former abortion clinic worker, Jewels Green, recently spoke out about her experiences for the first time [see story here]. She reveals details about her five years at the clinic, and how she and other staff laughed and joked about the killing of babies that went on around them every day. Jewels Green said while working at an abortion clinic year after year, so much became daily business-as-usual Even the macabre became commonplace.
She tells how a cleaning lady quit after finding a little baby's foot in the drain in the clinic sink, and how the clinic staff all laughed and joked about it for days and weeks afterward. On another occasion, when the power went out for hours, someone opened the freezer where all the dead baby parts were stored. Jewels Green said, " I will never, ever forget the stench of decaying human flesh for as long as I live—but we all laughed as we gagged and joked" Director of Precious Life, Bernadette Smyth said, "I recently spoke to a young trainee nurse who witnessed similar incidents while working in a hospital. She was horrified when she saw the body of a little baby killed by abortion that had been placed in a freezer. Every time she had to walk by the freezer, the other nurses would laugh and joke saying 'Be careful, the dead baby might jump out and get you'." Bernadette Smyth concluded, "This is what happens when the killing of unborn children is legalised. The sanctity of human life is eroded away. The killing becomes 'normal' and 'acceptable', even something to be mocked and laughed at. This is why Precious Life will never stop in this battle to protect Ireland's unborn children, and keep abortion not only illegal but unthinkable." |
